Data collected through the contact form

When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected. This data is used solely to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message by email without using it for any other purpose. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting professional relationship. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Browsing data

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. During normal operation its systems collect some technical data (such as IP address, browser and time of request) needed to ensure the website works correctly and securely. Netlify and Web3Forms may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are served directly by the website, without requests to external services.

Product images on the Merch page are loaded from the Hoplix platform servers, video thumbnails from YouTube servers, and contact form messages are sent to Web3Forms. Clicking on external links (shop, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) takes you away from this website: the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@paolomarocco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
